![]() ![]() If you’re just starting, I suggest beginning with one of Ting’s quicker workouts (this ab workout has over 300 million views for a reason) before moving on to her 30-minute, full-body circuits. Overall, this challenge was highly beneficial and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get more fit from home, and if you’re new to the whole working out everyday thing I suggest that you start with simply picking one of Chloe Ting’s videos to do every day and then gradually work yourself up to being able to complete the whole challenge. In terms of her program durations, they range from five minutes to more than 20 minutes over one week, two weeks, and entire month programs. I did not diet during the two weeks and instead ate a lot of fruit and made sure to drink lots of water. ![]() However, not everyone is going to have the same results I did. I decided to log my experience of the Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred challenge in Oct-Nov 2020 to help anyone deciding whether or not to give it a go come up with their decision, by showing you the kinds of routines that make up the challenge, so that you can see if they are the ones for you The great thing about this routine is that there are lots. However, after the first four days the workouts began to feel significantly easier which proved that these workouts were helping me strengthen my muscles.Īfter the two weeks, not only did I feel stronger and healthier, I also found that I had even lost some weight. I’ve been a competitive swimmer for about half of my life and I found the first four days of this challenge to be fairly difficult and every morning I’d find myself sore from the workouts. However, no matter how short the videos are, this challenge is not something someone who isn’t used to working out regularly should simply dive right into. That night as I was scrolling through TikTok I came across a two week workout challenge created by the YouTuber Chloe Ting that people have been raving about, so I decided to lace up my workout shoes and try it.Įach day of the two week challenge has anywhere from two to five videos to follow, with each video lasting about ten minutes. However, when running started to get boring I decided it was time to try something different. I was so motivated on Day 14 since I knew I had worked hard for two weeks straight to reach a common goal.Over the course of quarantine I’ve managed to stay in shape by running with my dad and brother as often as I can. I already feel so accomplished, but I know to finish off strong will be so beyond worth it. I push through the workouts and feel like I could take on the world afterward. I keep in mind that the end is near and that the results will be worth it. Whenever I see four videos, I want to give up, but I know that’s not an option. I had a really solid-but-imperfect 2-3 weeks of doing her two-week shred. In all honesty, I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for about six weeks now. I already felt better overall after just five days of this challenge and was determined to keep pushing. On her website, Chloe Ting specifically says you can add more rest days or adjust the schedule to fit your lifeso that’s what I did, and I think it makes my experience even more realistic. Although there were no required workouts, I still wanted to keep myself active and prepared. I was relieved when I saw there were no exercises for day 5. ![]() Yet when I finished the workout, I felt refreshed, strengthened, and ready for Day 2. It was easy due to the short workout session only containing two videos, but hard because of the fact that I hadn’t challenged myself this much since dance had stopped. It is a great tool to get abs and to strengthen the torso muscles. I tried her most popular one: the 2-Week Abs Challenge, which promises to get its users abs in 2 weeks and has gotten over 200 million views in less than a year. The challenge started off easy but hard at the same time. To respond to the need for home workouts, Chloe Ting has designed many fitness routines for people to access freely. Because of this, I wanted to give it a try and see what my own opinions would be. However, other reviews have exclaimed how it was a waste of time and disadvantageous. The recent reviews have mostly been positive people are raving about how beneficial the exercises are and how distinct the results come out to be. During this time of quarantine, I havent stopped working out. The workouts range from 25-50 minutes per day for 14 days depending on the number of videos and their lengths. Coincidentally, I’ve heard tons of mixed reviews on a new workout program that is blowing up: Chloe Ting’s 2 Weeks Shred Challenge.įor free, the program offers 2 to 4 varying videos of exercises that all target different muscles in hopes of strengthening them whether its abs, obliques, quads, or more. Personally, without dance in my life, I’ve chosen to mainly pursue fitness over break. Whether it’s mastering a new skill, cooking a meal, or picking up a good book, the possibilities are endless. Quarantine is an opportunity to better yourself.
